Technical Specification

1. Operating Temperature:
   Long-term working temperature: Room temperature to 1100–1200°C.
   The furnace door can be opened at high temperature for loading and unloading.
   Under linear heating mode, the furnace can reach 1200°C within 2 hours.
2. Furnace Chamber:
   The chamber is of an integrated box type.
   Chamber size: 1300 mm (D) × 800 mm (W) × 600 mm (H).
   Heating elements are evenly distributed on four sides—bottom, rear, left, and right—to ensure uniform heating.
   The chamber features excellent thermal insulation, high thermal-shock resistance, no slag shedding, no collapse, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, uniform temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
3. Seal Structure:
   The sealing between the furnace opening and the trolley adopts a stepped interlocking structure with quartz-sand knife-edge sealing.
4. Trolley and Furnace Door:
   The trolley and furnace door are designed as an integrated assembly, equipped with a power-cut safety interlock when the furnace door opens.
   Driven by a variable-frequency reducer assembly with chain transmission (VFD + combined limit stop), achieving fast start and slow-stop functions.
5. Safety Device on Trolley:
   A ball-lock retaining ring is installed at the rear of the trolley to prevent accidental sliding.
6. Trolley Working Height:
   500 mm.
7. Appearance & Structure:
   The furnace exterior adopts decorative panels with high-temperature baking paint, providing a clean and elegant appearance.
8. Materials:
   The furnace lining materials and heating elements must have excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling.
9. Exhaust Port:
   A Z-shaped exhaust port (φ40 mm) is provided at the upper rear position, equipped with a removable plug.
10. Temperature Control System:
    Equipped with a 10-inch touch-screen program controller and SCR power regulator.
    Heating, soaking, and cooling curves can be set.
    The operating status of the program is displayed on the touch screen.
11. Control Mode:
    Controlled by Siemens PLC, with PID adjustment and microcomputer automatic control.
    Programmable heating curves allow fully automatic heating, soaking, and cooling without supervision.
12. Temperature Measurement & Control:
    Two-channel temperature control.
    Thermocouples installed on the top of the chamber: two for control, one for measurement.
13. Electrical Components:
    Electrical parts adopt Schneider brand.
    The manufacturer must prepare compensation cables, control cables, and motor cables with 35 meters reserved between the control cabinet and furnace body.
    (Load cables to be provided by user; control cables to be laid on the cable tray on site.)
14. Safety Protection:
    Equipped with over-temperature protection and thermocouple-break protection.
    When over-temperature or thermocouple failure occurs, the heating circuit is automatically cut off.
15. Fault Indication:
    The equipment must have fault alarms and provide corresponding troubleshooting instructions.
