Temperature rising and falling dual-control lifting furnace

This furnace achieves both temperature control accuracy and uniformity of ±1℃, with adjustable heating and cooling rates up to 40℃/min. Built-in/external cooling devices are available to adapt to different temperature ranges. The loading platform has a load capacity of 3000KG (customizable), with electric dual-screw lifting (including an emergency mechanism) and three-layer insulation for over 80% energy saving.

It adopts high-temperature alloy resistance wires (containing molybdenum, with the surface temperature of the furnace wires reaching up to 1200℃), silicon carbide rods or molybdenum disilicide rods as heating elements. It is a specialized equipment developed for sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals and other compounds in laboratories of colleges and universities, research institutes as well as industrial and mining enterprises.

Heating ElementsHigh-temperature alloy resistance wires (imported, containing molybdenum, with a surface temperature up to 1500℃) or silicon carbide rods. U-shaped equal-diameter silicon carbide rods are non-metallic high-temperature electric heating elements made from high-purity α-SiC as the main raw material, featuring fast heating, high thermal efficiency, long service life, no easy deformation at high temperatures, easy installation/operation/maintenance, and a maximum temperature of 1500℃.
Cooling Principle- Built-in type (applicable range: room temperature to 1000℃): A high-temperature heat exchange device is installed inside the heating chamber. The tube wall of the heat exchange device absorbs heat from the heating chamber, and the absorbed heat is quickly carried out of the heating chamber through the airflow inside the tube, achieving the function of rapid program-adjustable cooling without cold air directly blowing into the heating chamber for cooling.
- External type (applicable range: room temperature to 800℃): The interior of the heating chamber is cooled through an external heat exchanger.
Furnace BodyProcessed by CNC machine tools, with processes including polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, plastic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking. It features a two-color design, novel and attractive appearance, with advantages such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and easy cleaning. Export quality with mirror baking paint.
Furnace Body StructureThe electric furnace body adopts an air-cooled double-layer structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, which finally cools the heating element conductive plates before being discharged, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive plates and ensuring a good working environment.
Loading Platform In/Out ModeThe loading platform and furnace chamber are of split design; in/out and lifting are controlled by PLC, with centralized operation via a touchscreen.

ProtectionAdopts an integrated module control unit with accurate control precision, designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, featuring overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple break, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start protection.
ControlUses closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range, thus protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.

Multiple Curve Input30-segment program control function. Communication InterfaceEquipped with an RS485 communication interface with a maximum communication distance of 1000 meters. It allows centralized control of furnace operations via a touchscreen, including start, pause, stop, heating curve setting/reading, and parameter adjustment, with high reliability and ease of use. The computer interface displays rich content, including measured values, set values, output values, segment time, segment number, heating curves, and power percentage curves. Heating curves can be stored on the computer, with stored curves editable for set values and common parameters. Historical curves and reports can be filtered by time interval (1s-1h) and saved long-term.

Notes

1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend a maximum heating and cooling rate of 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating will shorten the service life of heating elements).

2. This electric furnace has no vacuum-sealed structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.

3. After using this electric furnace for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

4. Introducing corrosive gases is not recommended. If strong corrosive gases such as S or Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will specially treat the furnace chamber.

5. Do not allow high-temperature solutions to leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, use a backing plate or alumina powder for isolation.

6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place.
