The 1700℃ high-temperature furnace can be used for a long time at ≤1650℃. Three temperature control points ensure uniformity of ±5℃. It is heated by 1800-type molybdenum disilicide rods, with adjustable heating rates in different gears. With 380V/140KW power supply and a three-layer transformer, it is energy-saving, efficient, safe and reliable.

This equipment is an industrial electric furnace specially designed for ultra-high temperature heat treatment. It adopts a dual-station alternating operation mode, with a maximum working temperature of 1700℃. Continuous production is realized through the lifting structure of dual material platforms, which greatly improves the heat treatment efficiency. ProtectionAdopts an integrated module control unit with accurate control precision, designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, featuring overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple break, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start protection.
ControlUses closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger or zero-crossing trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range, thus protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.
Touchscreen7-inch touchscreen for centralized control, capable of displaying real-time voltage, current, and power. It features a Chinese menu, and displays temperature, temperature segment number, segment time, remaining time, output power percentage, multiple stored heating process curves, historical curves, and data reports, etc.

Warranty Scope and PeriodThe electric furnace comes with a 1-year free warranty; heating elements are not covered.
Notes

1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend a heating rate of less than 15℃/min (excessively fast heating at high temperatures will shorten the service life of heating elements).

2. This lifting furnace has no vacuum-sealed structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.

3. After using this lifting furnace for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.

4. Introducing corrosive gases is not recommended. If strong corrosive gases such as S or Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will specially treat the furnace chamber.

5. Do not allow high-temperature solutions to leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, use a backing plate or alumina powder for isolation.

6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place.

1. The electric furnace is packaged in three layers: wrapped in sponge paper, then wrapped with plastic film.

2. Free door-to-door delivery domestically (free delivery within urban areas).
