Furnace Structure and MaterialThe furnace body adopts an air-cooled double-layer carbon steel structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation of the furnace shell. The air is discharged after cooling the conductive sheets of heating elements, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive sheets and ensuring a good working environment.
Door Opening ModeThe furnace door can be side-opened axially by 180° and rotated by 360°. An elastic lock is installed on the side of the door for effective locking. The elasticity of the lock absorbs the expansion of refractory materials, ensuring free expansion and contraction of refractories due to temperature changes and achieving effective sealing.
Refractory Insulation MaterialThe furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity lightweight alumina material, featuring high service temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid temperature changes, no cracking, no slag dropping, and excellent insulation performance.

Safety ProtectionAdopts an integrated module control unit with high control accuracy, and is designed with dual-circuit control and dual-circuit protection. Multipoint Temperature ControlThe furnace is designed with a function to cut off the main heating circuit when the door is opened at high temperature during operation, greatly reducing the risk of electric shock when taking materials at high temperature.
Safe Temperature ControlAdopts closed-loop thyristor module trigger control, with phase-shift triggering or zero-crossing triggering. The output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable, featuring constant voltage, constant current, or constant power. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. Meanwhile, the voltage loop also participates in regulation, limiting the output current of the regulator within the rated range and maintaining stable output current and voltage with sufficient adjustment margin. This protects heating elements from excessive current and voltage impact, achieving safe, reliable control and high control accuracy.
Temperature Curve SettingAdopts an intelligent temperature controller with multiple regulation modes such as standard PID, artificial intelligence regulation (APID), and MPT. It has self-tuning and self-learning functions, with excellent control characteristics of no overshoot and no underregulation. Equipped with 30-segment program control function, it can realize heating and cooling control with arbitrary slope, and has programmable/operable commands such as jump (cycle), run, pause, and stop. It allows real-time program modification during operation. Adopting an AI regulation algorithm with curve fitting function, it can achieve smooth and steady curve control.
