Furnace Structure & MaterialAir-cooled double-layer carbon steel structure. Efficient air-cooling guide baffles enable overall cold-air circulation inside the furnace shell, ultimately cooling the heating element terminals before exhausting, preventing high-temperature oxidation of the terminals and ensuring a good working environment.
Door OpeningAxial 180° side-opening. Equipped with an elastic lock on the side of the furnace door for effective locking. The elasticity of the lock accommodates refractory expansion, allowing for free thermal expansion/contraction of the refractory material while maintaining an effective seal.

Supports programmable/operational commands like jump (loop), run, pause, and stop, and allows on-the-fly program modification during operation. Employs an AI adjustment algorithm with curve-fitting function for smooth and stable profile control.
Multiple Profile Function30-segment program control supporting multiple modes: 1 curve (30 segments), 2 curves (14 segments each), 3 curves (9 segments each), 5 curves (5 segments each). Multiple curves can be stored and recalled as needed.
Protection FunctionsIntegrated modular control unit with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection. Includes protection against: overshoot, overrun, undershoot, thermocouple break, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft-start faults.
Control MethodClosed-loop thyristor (SCR) module trigger control (phase-shift or zero-crossing trigger). Features continuously adjustable output voltage, current, and power, with constant voltage, constant current, or constant power operation. Utilizes dual-loop regulation with an inner current loop and an outer voltage loop. During sudden load changes or overcurrent conditions, the output is limited to the rated range to protect the heating elements while maintaining stable output. Ensures safe, reliable control and high precision.
