Features:

  1. Control accuracy: ±1℃; Furnace temperature uniformity: ±1℃ (varies according to the size of the heating chamber).
  2. Easy operation: Programmable with PID self-tuning function, enabling automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling, with no need for supervision. It can be optionally equipped with computer communication function, allowing operation of the electric furnace via computer (including starting/stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, viewing historical curves, etc.). The software is free; for details, please refer to "Computer Control System".
  3. Fast heating: The heating rate is adjustable from 1℃/h to 40℃/min.
  4. Energy-saving: The furnace chamber is made of imported fiber, which is high-temperature resistant and can withstand rapid heating and cooling.
  5. **The furnace body is finely spray-coated to resist corrosion and acid-alkali. The furnace body is isolated from the furnace chamber with air cooling, and the furnace wall temperature is close to room temperature.
  6. Dual-loop protection: Protects against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, thermocouple breakage, power failure, etc.
  7. **The furnace lining is made of imported refractory materials, featuring good heat preservation, high temperature resistance, and resistance to rapid heating and cooling.
  8. Temperature categories: Five types available, including 1200℃, 1400℃, 1600℃, 1700℃, and 1800℃.
