Furnace Body StructureThe electric furnace body adopts an air-cooled double-layer structure. Effective air-cooled guide partitions enable overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, which finally cools the heating element conductive plates before being discharged, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the conductive plates and ensuring a good working environment.
Loading Platform In/Out ModeThe loading platform and furnace chamber are of split design; in/out and lifting are controlled by PLC, with centralized operation via a touchscreen.

ProtectionAdopts an integrated module control unit with accurate control precision, designed with dual-loop control and dual-loop protection, featuring overshoot, undershoot, thermocouple break, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start protection.
ControlUses closed-loop thyristor module trigger control (phase-shift trigger mode). Output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the load is suddenly applied or exceeds the current limit, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated range to ensure normal operation of the output and regulator. The voltage loop also participates in regulation to maintain stable output current and voltage within the rated range, thus protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage impact and ensuring safe, reliable control and precision.

Multiple Curve Input30-segment program control function. Communication InterfaceEquipped with an RS485 communication interface with a maximum communication distance of 1000 meters. It allows centralized control of furnace operations via a touchscreen, including start, pause, stop, heating curve setting/reading, and parameter adjustment, with high reliability and ease of use. The computer interface displays rich content, including measured values, set values, output values, segment time, segment number, heating curves, and power percentage curves. Heating curves can be stored on the computer, with stored curves editable for set values and common parameters. Historical curves and reports can be filtered by time interval (1s-1h) and saved long-term.

Notes1. To avoid affecting the service life of the electric furnace, we recommend a maximum heating and cooling rate of 10-20℃/min (excessively fast heating will shorten the service life of heating elements).
2. This electric furnace has no vacuum-sealed structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced.
3. After using this electric furnace for a period of time, tiny cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect use. It can be repaired with an alumina coating.
4. Introducing corrosive gases is not recommended. If strong corrosive gases such as S or Na need to be introduced, please inform us in advance, and we will specially treat the furnace chamber.
5. Do not allow high-temperature solutions to leak onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, use a backing plate or alumina powder for isolation.
6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place.
