Product Video

TSC Series High-Temperature Precision Lifting Furnace (as shown in the figure) integrates the control system and furnace chamber into one unit. The furnace lining is made of imported German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight aggregate board.

Heated by silicon carbide rods or molybdenum disilicide rods, it is a specialized equipment developed for laboratories of colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, as well as industrial and mining enterprises. It is designed for the sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials.

The control panel is equipped with a touch screen, control power switch, main heating start/stop buttons, USB interface, lifting switch, and buzzer for real-time monitoring of the system's operating status. Adopting reliable integrated circuits, the product ensures a stable working environment and strong anti-interference capability. When operating at the maximum temperature, the furnace shell temperature is ≤ 45℃, which significantly improves the working environment. Featuring microcomputer program control and programmable temperature curves, it enables automatic heating and cooling. Temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, offering flexibility, convenience, and ease of use.
