Key Features
Feature
Description
High Efficiency
Full IGBT solid-state system, power efficiency >95%, energy savings of 30–50% compared to resistance furnaces.
Wide Frequency Range
Auto-tuning from 10kHz to 80kHz to accommodate different metal types and crucible sizes.
Smart Operation
Plug-and-play design – just connect water and power. No on-site commissioning required.
Compact Footprint
Approx. 1㎡ space required – easy to move, ideal for small workshops and labs.
Safe & Reliable
Built-in protections: water shortage, phase loss, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit.
Uniform Melting
Electromagnetic stirring ensures even temperature, better alloy consistency, and less porosity.
Modular Furnace Body
Quick crucible change (graphite/ceramic), customizable for 0.5–20kg capacity.
Working Principle
Induction Heating: Alternating current from the inverter flows through a copper coil to generate a magnetic field.
Eddy Currents: Metal inside the coil is heated by internal current flow until melting point is reached.
Electromagnetic Stirring: Circulates molten metal for uniform quality.
Lift Mechanism: Furnace body rises after melting, enabling smooth pouring or refilling.
