1200°C five-sided heating box-type resistance furnace with high temperature control accuracy. The furnace body adopts an air-cooled double-layer structure, keeping the outer shell temperature low. Equipped with multiple protection functions and programmable temperature control, it is suitable for ceramics, electronic materials, powder materials, and other applications requiring uniform heating and exhaust gas treatment.

Furnace Structure & MaterialAir-cooled double-layer carbon steel structure. Effective air-guiding baffles enable overall cold-air circulation inside the furnace shell, cooling the heating element terminals before exhausting. This prevents high-temperature oxidation of the terminals and ensures a good working environment.
Door OpeningAxial 180° side-opening door. Equipped with an elastic lock on the side for effective latching. The lock's elasticity accommodates refractory expansion, allowing for free thermal expansion/contraction of the refractory material and ensuring an effective seal.

Output voltage, current, and power are continuously adjustable with constant voltage, current, or power operation. Dual-loop regulation (inner current loop + outer voltage loop): Limits output current to the rated range during sudden load changes or overcurrent conditions, protecting heating elements from excessive current/voltage surges and ensuring safe, reliable, and precise control.
Temperature Profile SettingIntelligent temperature controller with multiple control modes: standard PID, AI adjustment (APID), or MPT. Features self-tuning/self-learning with no overshoot/undershoot. 30-segment program control for any heating/cooling slope. Supports commands like jump (loop), run, pause, stop, and allows on-the-fly program modification. AI algorithm with curve-fitting ensures smooth profile control.
