The AJ-STCY Series high-temperature car-bottom furnace is engineered for industrial-grade sintering, annealing, and thermal processing tasks requiring excellent temperature uniformity and large loading capacity. With a continuous working temperature up to 1200°C.  A high-efficiency hot air circulation system is integrated at the top of the furnace chamber, equipped with a 0.75 kW circulation motor and a 10.5-inch centrifugal fan made of 310S stainless steel. The fan speed is steplessly adjustable via a frequency inverter, and can be controlled in synchronization with the temperature curve through a PLC system, significantly improving temperature uniformity.

A motorized loading platform ensures smooth, controlled entry and exit of heavy components, while the high-purity alumina fiber lining provides superior insulation, energy savings, and thermal stability.
