Elevator Furnace

High-performance lift furnaces with vertical door operation for easy sample handling.

Elevator Furnace

Compared to standard front-loading box furnaces, elevator-type laboratory furnaces offer improved sample handling, better temperature uniformity, and enhanced atmosphere sealing. Their bottom-loading design makes them especially suitable for high-temperature sintering of fragile ceramics, heavy crucibles, or samples requiring vacuum or inert gas protection.

1200℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace: with hydraulic lifting + PLC control, used for high-temperature sintering/heat treatment of ceramics, metals and other materials, and supports multiple atmospheres.

1600℃ dual-platform lifting furnace with dual-station alternating operation, suitable for high-temperature sintering of ceramics, alloys and other materials, heated by 1600-type molybdenum disilicide rods

Heating is achieved via silicon carbide rods surrounding the upper and lower furnace chambers. Temperature is measured using a K-type thermocouple, and the furnace lining is made of high-purity alumina. It features a double-layer air-cooled outer shell with a surface temperature ≤45°C.

1200℃ large-scale lifting furnace: The furnace chamber measures 2300×1000×1000mm (length×width×height), heated by silicon carbide rods and high-temperature alloy resistance wires, suitable for sintering/heat treatment of large-sized workpieces, featuring high efficiency and energy saving.

The high-temperature furnace features a single loading platform design and is heated by U-shaped 1800 molybdenum disilicide rods. It is suitable for high-precision material sintering/heat treatment and is an export-quality equipment.

The 1600℃ small high-temperature furnace features a 500×500×500mm furnace chamber and is heated by U-shaped 1800 silicon molybdenum rods, suitable for high-precision sintering of small-sized materials.
